S78 Series &S79 Series

Place the mounts under the anchor hole of the machine.Insert the bolt into the screw hole of mount.And screw it in until it reaches the bearing plate.Then adjust the level of machine.Finally tighten the nuts.

PS Series

Place the mounts under the anchor of the machine,Insert center bolt and engage threads in mount.Hand tightening is adequate at this point.Sequentially pressurization of isolator through valve until dimension is 3 mm for each mount.Tighten the nuts.Continue sequential pressurization of each mount so that dimension is 7mm,Then adjust the level of machine.Check each mount for overall height which should be within H ± 6mm.

Whenever machine is to be removed from mounts,Deflate mounts before removal of load.
